Coat each mozzarella piece by rolling in flour, dipping in beaten egg, and covering thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture. Ensure all sides are evenly coated.

Preheat air fryer to 190°C. Lightly coat the basket with cooking spray. Arrange mozzarella balls in a single layer without crowding. Air fry for 5 to 6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until golden brown and crisp.
