# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup of smooth peanut butter
02 - 1 cup of regular granulated sugar
03 - 1 large egg

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, stir the peanut butter, sugar, and egg until the mixture is completely blended.
02 - Place a piece of parchment paper in the Air Fryer basket, covering the bottom.
03 - Scoop out dough using a 1-inch cookie scoop, placing the portions on the parchment. Pattern each cookie with a fork, making a crisscross design.
04 - Cook in the Air Fryer at 400°F for about 4 to 5 minutes, until they just start looking golden.
05 - Leave the cookies in the Air Fryer basket to cool for a few minutes before moving them to a cooling rack.
