Bacon Cheese Doritos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - One 10 oz bag of large Doritos (Cool Ranch or Nacho Cheese flavor).
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
03 - 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated.
04 - 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits.
05 - A couple of chopped green onion stalks (2 tbsp).
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - Optional toppings: crumbled bacon or chopped fresh chives.

# Instructions:

01 - Combine softened cream cheese, crispy bacon bits, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, and green onions in a bowl until creamy.
02 - Carefully cut or open a small edge of each Dorito chip to create a pouch.
03 - Spoon or pipe the cheese mixture into each Dorito pocket one at a time.
04 - Pop the stuffed Doritos into the fridge for about 15 minutes to chill.
05 - Sprinkle some crumbled bacon or chives on top if you'd like, and dig in immediately.

01 - Choose the biggest chips in the bag to make filling easier.
02 - Switch up the flavor by trying cream cheeses with seasoning.
