Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Lay one eggroll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond orientation. Place one slice of honey ham in the center, followed by one mozzarella stick.

Fold in the left and right corners of the wrapper over the cheese, then roll tightly from the bottom to enclose the filling. Position the seam facing down on the prepared baking sheet.

Lightly brush each rolled stick with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt according to preference.

Bake sticks in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes until golden brown. Rotate each stick halfway through baking for even colouring.

Remove sticks from oven, turn each one, then return to oven for an additional 4–5 minutes, or until uniformly crisp.

Allow sticks to cool for several minutes before serving. Pair with preferred dipping sauce if desired.
