BBQ Chicken and Cheese Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Slider Base

01 - 12 slider buns

→ Filling

02 - 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
03 - 1 cup barbecue sauce
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1/2 cup sliced red onion
06 - 1/2 cup dill pickle slices

→ Topping

07 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
10 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C.
02 - Combine shredded chicken and barbecue sauce in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly until chicken is fully coated. Set aside.
03 - Slice slider buns in half horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms attached. Arrange bottom halves in a greased 23x33 cm baking dish.
04 - Distribute barbecue chicken mixture over bun bases. Sprinkle evenly with shredded cheddar. Top with sliced red onions, then layer with dill pickle slices.
05 - Place top halves of buns over assembled ingredients to form complete sliders.
06 - In a small bowl, blend melted butter with garlic powder and onion powder. Brush mixture generously over tops of buns.
07 - Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
08 - Allow sliders to cool briefly. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, separate sliders, and serve warm.
