Beef Noodles Mongolian Style (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of ground beef, lean.
02 - A few garlic cloves, finely chopped (3).
03 - 1/4 cup of hoisin.
04 - Sesame seeds for sprinkling.
05 - 8 oz rice noodles.
06 - 1/3 cup of coconut aminos.
07 - Your choice of broth (1/3 cup)—chicken, beef or veggie.
08 - Half a tablespoon of ginger powder.
09 - Just a bit of salt and black pepper to taste.
10 - 1 tablespoon of avocado oil.
11 - Green onions, chopped small (1/2 cup).
12 - 1 tablespoon of arrowroot starch.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the rice noodles as instructed on the package. Drain, then set aside. Rinse under cool water if you'd like.
02 - Stir together arrowroot starch, hoisin, coconut aminos, and broth in a bowl until blended smoothly.
03 - In hot oil, sauté garlic until it smells amazing. Toss in the ground beef and the ginger, breaking it apart as it cooks. Keep going until no pink remains.
04 - Throw the sauce over the meat and give it a good stir. Add in those noodles, toss everything to coat, and finish with sesame seeds and green onions on top.

# Notes:

01 - Kick things up with some red pepper flakes.
02 - Swap for regular noodles if gluten-free isn't your thing.
