Beef Pan Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 200 ml warm milk.
02 - 7 g yeast, instant.
03 - 20 g natural honey.
04 - All-purpose flour, 400 g.
05 - 1 egg (large size).
06 - 40 g soft butter.
07 - 8 grams of fine salt.
08 - 50 g semolina for rolling.
09 - Butter for beef, 25 g.
10 - 20 ml of olive oil.
11 - 450 g tender beef, diced.
12 - 5 g salt, for seasoning meat.
13 - 3 g ground cayenne spice.
14 - 3 g bell pepper powder, red.
15 - 3 g dried onion powder.
16 - 2 g ground garlic powder.
17 - 1 gram parsley flakes.
18 - 80 g chopped red onion.
19 - 75 g chopped bell pepper, red.
20 - Grated cheddar—use as much as you'd like!

# Instructions:

01 - Combine warmed milk, yeast, and honey. Stir in flour, egg, butter, and salt. Knead the mixture until smooth.
02 - Put dough in a cozy spot. Leave it alone until it doubles, about an hour.
03 - Toss the beef in spices. Brown it using butter and oil, then stir in peppers and onions.
04 - Cut dough into smaller bits. Flatten each one and dip into semolina.
05 - Set bread pieces in a heated skillet and cook both sides until they turn golden.
06 - Pack the hot bread with cheesy beef filling. Serve while warm.
