Simple Cheesy Tuna Melt Bagels (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 bagels
02 - 290g canned tuna (two cans), liquid drained
03 - 75g light mayo

→ Filling

04 - 150g shredded mozzarella
05 - 340g canned corn (one can), with water drained
06 - Half a red onion, diced finely

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the bagels into halves, and toast the outer side under medium heat until it gets crispy and golden.
02 - In a big mixing bowl, toss in the tuna, drained corn, diced onion, and mayo. Stir everything together until it’s nicely combined.
03 - Spoon the tuna mixture onto the toasted bagel halves, spreading it evenly. Add a good amount of shredded mozzarella on top of each one.
04 - Put them under the grill again until the cheese melts and looks golden on the edges.

# Notes:

01 - Spice it up by adding chili flakes or hot sauce.
02 - This works well with any bread you like.
03 - The dish tastes best if eaten right after making it.
