Blue Holiday Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Heavy cream - 2 tablespoons.
02 - White chocolate chips - 2 cups.
03 - Sanding sugar - 1/2 cup.
04 - Blue curacao liqueur - 2 tablespoons.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat chocolate and cream in the microwave for 30 seconds at medium heat. Stir after each interval till smooth.
02 - Mix the blue curacao thoroughly into the melted chocolate mixture.
03 - Pop it in the fridge for 2 hours with a cover on until firm enough to handle.
04 - Scoop out portions with a small spoon and roll into bite-sized balls.
05 - Roll each piece in sanding sugar to coat. Line them up on a baking tray.
06 - Chill for one more hour in the fridge to firm up. Keep them cold for storage.

# Notes:

01 - You can add some food coloring for a brighter blue.
02 - Leave them in the fridge to keep the texture just right.
