Heat chocolate and cream in the microwave for 30 seconds at medium heat. Stir after each interval till smooth.

Mix the blue curacao thoroughly into the melted chocolate mixture.

Pop it in the fridge for 2 hours with a cover on until firm enough to handle.

Scoop out portions with a small spoon and roll into bite-sized balls.

Roll each piece in sanding sugar to coat. Line them up on a baking tray.

Chill for one more hour in the fridge to firm up. Keep them cold for storage.
