# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (about 250 g) refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
02 - 4 turkey sausage links or patties, cooked and crumbled
03 - 4 large eggs
04 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) milk
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste
07 - 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese or preferred cheese
08 - 1 tablespoon (15 g) butter, melted (optional, for brushing)
09 - Chopped green onions or spinach, optional for extra flavor

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 190°C. Prepare a baking tray by lining with parchment paper or lightly greasing the surface.
02 - In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble the mixture in a non-stick pan on medium heat until just set. Remove from heat to prevent overcooking.
03 - Cook turkey sausage according to package directions. Once cooked, crumble or finely chop into small pieces.
04 - Roll out dough and divide into triangles if using crescent dough, or cut into rectangles for pizza dough. Place a portion of scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheese on each section. Optionally, add green onions or spinach. Gently roll up, sealing edges and tucking ends underneath.
05 - Arrange filled rolls on the prepared baking tray. Optionally brush tops with melted butter. Bake in preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
06 - Allow rolls to cool briefly before serving. Enjoy warm, optionally with salsa, hot sauce, or ketchup.
