Brie Cranberry Crostini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup golden raisins.
02 - 1 package (12 oz) fresh cranberries.
03 - 1 baguette, about 12 oz.
04 - Dash of ground cinnamon.
05 - 1 small apple, diced tiny.
06 - 1 orange, grated zest.
07 - 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil.
08 - 3/4 cup packed brown sugar.
09 - 5-6 ounces of brie cheese.
10 - 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar.
11 - 1/2 cup cranberry juice blend.
12 - 1/4 cup roughly chopped pecans.
13 - Fresh sprigs of rosemary for presenting.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix everything for the chutney, leaving out pecans. Bring to a boil till berries pop, then lower heat and let it thicken for 15 minutes. Let it sit to cool.
02 - Preheat your oven to 375°F. Cut the baguette into angled slices. Spread olive oil on each slice.
03 - Put slices of brie on top of your bread pieces.
04 - Bake for 5 to 7 minutes till the brie gets gooey.
05 - Spoon chutney on top, sprinkle with pecans, zest, and rosemary. Best eaten right away.

# Notes:

01 - Enjoy while the brie is fresh out of the oven.
02 - You can make the chutney up to 2 days ahead to save time.
03 - Offer chutney separately for guests to customize their bites.
