Chocolate Brownie Pecan Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pack chunky brownies (family-sized 9x13 pan)
02 - 2 cups nutty pie mixture
03 - 16 oz rich chocolate
04 - 2 tablespoons cooking oil
05 - 1 cup broken pecans for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Break up the cool brownies into tiny bits in a big bowl. Stir in the pecan filling until everything sticks together nicely.
02 - Create small 1-inch rounds with the mix and put them on a tray lined with parchment. Stick them in the freezer for half an hour to get firm.
03 - Melt your chocolate down and add cooking oil, mixing until it's all smooth.
04 - Take each cold ball and cover it in the melted chocolate mix. Put it back on the paper and quickly add pecan pieces before the coating hardens.
05 - Pop in the fridge for about 15 minutes till the outside layer is totally hard.

03 - Wait 10 minutes at room temp before you eat them
