Break up the cool brownies into tiny bits in a big bowl. Stir in the pecan filling until everything sticks together nicely.

Create small 1-inch rounds with the mix and put them on a tray lined with parchment. Stick them in the freezer for half an hour to get firm.

Melt your chocolate down and add cooking oil, mixing until it's all smooth.

Take each cold ball and cover it in the melted chocolate mix. Put it back on the paper and quickly add pecan pieces before the coating hardens.

Pop in the fridge for about 15 minutes till the outside layer is totally hard.
