# Ingredients:

→ Pancake Mix

02 - 75g all-purpose flour
03 - 1 teaspoon rising agent
04 - 1 tablespoon fine sugar
05 - 100ml dairy milk

→ Burger Elements

06 - 250g ground beef (15% fat content)
07 - 2 slices yellow cheese or mild cheddar
08 - 30ml sandwich spread
09 - 40g pickle slices
10 - 1 tablespoon flavorless oil

# Instructions:

01 - Grab your electric mixer and whip the egg white until it forms soft, airy peaks.
02 - Combine your yolk with the flour, rising agent, and sugar in a separate bowl. Slowly add milk while stirring until smooth. Then carefully fold your fluffy whites into this mixture.
03 - Warm some oil in a non-stick skillet over medium flame. Pour in a quarter of your mix and cook about 2-3 minutes per side until the edges turn golden brown. Finish all four pancakes and keep them warm in the oven.
04 - Turn up the heat and drop more oil in your pan. Divide beef into two equal balls, place one in the hot pan, and flatten it completely with a spatula. Let it sizzle for 2-3 minutes, flip once, add cheese on top, and cook another minute or two.
05 - Now build your creation! Put down a pancake, add your melty-cheese patty, squirt some sandwich spread, scatter pickles, and cap with another pancake. Then make your second one the same way.

# Notes:
