Burrata Bruschetta Fresh Flavorful (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 French baguette, sliced into 2.5 cm thick pieces

→ Dairy

02 - 1 ball Burrata cheese (approximately 225 g)

→ Vegetables

03 - 250 g cherry tomatoes, halved
04 - 1 clove garlic, minced
05 - 3 tablespoons fresh basil, finely chopped
06 - Zest of 1 lemon

→ Condiments

07 - 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
08 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C.
02 - Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides lightly with extra virgin olive oil.
03 - Bake the slices for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway, until each side is golden brown and crisp.
04 - In a medium bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to blend.
05 - Remove toasted baguette from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
06 - Arrange a generous portion of Burrata cheese on each slice of toasted bread.
07 - Spoon the prepared tomato mixture over the Burrata on each slice.
08 - Drizzle each bruschetta with balsamic glaze and serve immediately while the bread remains crisp and the cheese is creamy.
