Buttery Chicken Parmesan Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast, diced into small chunks
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 4 tbsp butter, unsalted
04 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
05 - 1 tsp Italian herb mix
06 - Salt and pepper as needed
07 - Chopped fresh parsley for topping

→ Rich Parmesan Pasta

08 - 12 oz fettuccine noodles
09 - 2 tbsp butter
10 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped
11 - 1 cup heavy cream
12 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
13 - 1/2 cup chicken stock
14 - Salt and pepper to your taste

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta in salted boiling water until soft. Drain and keep aside.
02 - Warm olive oil in a big skillet on medium-high. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and Italian herbs on the chicken pieces, then cook 6-8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
03 - Turn heat to medium. In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic, and let it cook briefly until you smell the aroma. Toss the chicken back in and coat well.
04 - In another pan, melt the butter, sauté the garlic, then stir in the heavy cream and chicken stock. Simmer lightly and mix in the Parmesan until the sauce thickens up.
05 - Mix the pasta with the creamy Parmesan sauce. Serve in plates, topping each with the garlic butter chicken and a sprinkle of parsley.
