Effortless Salmon Bites Air Fryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
02 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
03 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted
04 - ½ teaspoon salt (use kosher if you like)
05 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
06 - 1 pound of skinless salmon, diced into 1-inch pieces

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the melted butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic in the bowl. Stir it all so it blends nicely.
02 - Drop the salmon cubes in a bowl and coat with salt and pepper. Toss them around to spread the seasoning.
03 - Put a liner in the air fryer basket to keep the sauce from dripping. Lay the salmon pieces evenly in the basket. Keep them spread out and cook at 400°F (200°C) for 5–7 minutes. Don’t crowd them—cook in shifts if needed.
04 - Serve the salmon bites as a main or toss them on your favorite salad or bowl. Add the leftover garlic butter sauce for extra yum.

# Notes:

01 - Always use a liner in the fryer so the sauce doesn’t escape.
02 - There’s no need to shake the basket while it’s cooking.
