Place pineapple spears on your pan and sprinkle them with a bit of cinnamon.

Mix the melted butter with brown sugar and cinnamon until smooth. Pop it in the microwave for a few seconds if it's too thick to brush on easily. Coat the pineapple spears with this mix.

Put on medium grill heat for about 7-10 minutes until they turn nice and golden. Don't forget to add any leftover mix from the pan before you serve.
