Grilled Caramel Pineapple Spears (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Whole pineapple, sliced into spears (1 entire fruit)
02 - Brown sugar (½ cup)
03 - Melted butter (½ cup)
04 - Cinnamon powder (1 teaspoon)

# Instructions:

01 - Place pineapple spears on your pan and sprinkle them with a bit of cinnamon.
02 - Mix the melted butter with brown sugar and cinnamon until smooth. Pop it in the microwave for a few seconds if it's too thick to brush on easily. Coat the pineapple spears with this mix.
03 - Put on medium grill heat for about 7-10 minutes until they turn nice and golden. Don't forget to add any leftover mix from the pan before you serve.

# Notes:

01 - You can heat the topping in your microwave if it gets too thick
02 - Don't waste the yummy mix left in the pan - pour it over the pineapple
