# Ingredients:

01 - 250 g all-purpose flour
02 - 15 ml baking powder
03 - 5 g salt

04 - 60 g unsalted butter, melted
05 - 120 g shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and grease a baking pan evenly to prevent sticking.
02 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt until well blended.
03 - In a separate bowl, combine melted butter with shredded cheese, mixing thoroughly.
04 - Add the cheese and butter mixture to the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing to ensure a tender crumb.
05 - Spoon the dough into the prepared baking pan and smooth the surface for even baking.
06 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown. Allow to cool slightly and serve warm.
