                In a bowl, mix cream cheese with sour cream, ranch mix, most of the crumbled bacon, three chopped jalapeños, a handful of shredded cheese, and some of the crumbs.

                Shape the mix into a ball, wrapping it snugly in plastic wrap.

                Pop it in the fridge for an hour so it firms up.

                On a plate, combine the remaining cheese, bacon, jalapeño bits, green onion slices, and panko crumbs.
