Cheesy Bacon Jalapeño (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 blocks (8 oz each) of softened cream cheese.
02 - 1/2 cup of panko crumbs.
03 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
04 - 8 oz of cheddar jack cheese, shredded finely.
05 - 4 fresh jalapeños, chopped small.
06 - 12 oz cooked bacon, crumbled.
07 - 1 small green onion, thinly sliced.
08 - 1 packet (about 1/4 cup) dry ranch mix.

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix cream cheese with sour cream, ranch mix, most of the crumbled bacon, three chopped jalapeños, a handful of shredded cheese, and some of the crumbs.
02 - Shape the mix into a ball, wrapping it snugly in plastic wrap.
03 - Pop it in the fridge for an hour so it firms up.
04 - On a plate, combine the remaining cheese, bacon, jalapeño bits, green onion slices, and panko crumbs.
05 - Gently roll your chilled ball in the coating mix until it’s covered all over.

# Notes:

01 - Prep it in advance, but leave the coating step for just before serving.
02 - Store it tightly wrapped in the refrigerator.
