Fill a big pot with water, add salt, and get it bubbling. Toss in bowtie pasta and cook until just tender. Save a cup of the cooking water before you drain.

Brown the ground beef in a wide skillet on medium heat, crushing it into tiny bits as it cooks. Pour off any extra grease if there's too much.

Throw the Velveeta, cream cheese, condensed chicken soup, and tomatoes with chilies into the cooked beef. Keep stirring until everything melts together nice and smooth.

Dump your drained pasta into the skillet with all that creamy goodness. Stir it around to cover every noodle. Splash in some saved pasta water if it looks too thick.
