Velveeta Beef Bow Tie Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 big chunk Velveeta cheese, diced
02 - 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
03 - 1 can condensed chicken soup
04 - 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, with juice
05 - 2.25 pounds ground beef
06 - 1 package farfalle pasta (bowties)

→ Optional

07 - 1 cup cooking liquid from pasta (for thinning the sauce)

# Instructions:

01 - Fill a big pot with water, add salt, and get it bubbling. Toss in bowtie pasta and cook until just tender. Save a cup of the cooking water before you drain.
02 - Brown the ground beef in a wide skillet on medium heat, crushing it into tiny bits as it cooks. Pour off any extra grease if there's too much.
03 - Throw the Velveeta, cream cheese, condensed chicken soup, and tomatoes with chilies into the cooked beef. Keep stirring until everything melts together nice and smooth.
04 - Dump your drained pasta into the skillet with all that creamy goodness. Stir it around to cover every noodle. Splash in some saved pasta water if it looks too thick.
