Bloomin Cheese Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound (400-450g) whole bread loaf, uncut
02 - 3.5 oz (100g) sharp cheddar cheese, cut into thin slices
03 - 3.5 oz (100g) mozzarella cheese, cut into thin slices
04 - 1/3 cup (70g) melted butter
05 - 1/2 cup diced green onions (about 4-5 stalks)
06 - 2 teaspoons mixed flax and sesame seeds (if you want)

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven hot at 350°F (180°C).
02 - Cut the bread in a grid pattern, going both ways but don't slice through the bottom. Put it on a baking sheet lined with foil.
03 - Stir together the diced green onions, melted butter, and seeds if you're using them.
04 - Tuck cheese slices between all the cuts in the bread.
05 - Pour your butter and onion mix all over, making sure it gets into the cuts.
06 - Wrap with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Then take off the foil and bake another 10 minutes until the cheese gets all melty.

01 - Tastes way better when it's hot and the cheese is still gooey.
