Cheesy Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 450 g Italian sausage meat (mild or spicy)
02 - 4 servings farfalle pasta
03 - 2 garlic cloves, peeled and roughly chopped
04 - 200 g cherry tomatoes, roughly chopped
05 - 1 handful fresh spinach

→ Sauce and Seasonings

06 - 2 tbsp tomato puree
07 - 1 tsp paprika
08 - 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
09 - 1 tbsp olive oil
10 - 0.5 tsp chili flakes
11 - 0.5 tsp black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Italian sausage meat and cook until browned and fully cooked, using a spatula to break it apart.
02 - Add chopped garlic cloves to the sausage and sauté for 1–2 minutes until aromatic.
03 - Add cherry tomatoes to the pan and cook until softened, approximately 3–4 minutes.
04 - Stir in tomato puree, paprika, cayenne pepper, chili flakes, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, mixing thoroughly.
05 - Add fresh spinach and cook just until wilted, about 1 minute.
06 - Meanwhile, cook farfalle pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Drain well.
07 - Fold cooked pasta into the skillet, tossing to coat with the sauce. Mix until evenly combined.
08 - Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Use mild or spicy sausage according to taste preference. For extra flavour, garnish with freshly grated Parmesan.
