Cheesy Crab Filled Biscuits (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Biscuits

01 - 1 pack Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic
03 - 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

→ Crab Filling

04 - 1 pound cooked chunky crab meat
05 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/2 cup mayo, with extra on standby
08 - 1 tablespoon mustard
09 - 1/2 sleeve Ritz crackers, smashed up
10 - 1 cup shredded parmesan

→ Topping

11 - Butter, melted and mixed with 1 teaspoon lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the box directions for the Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix. Set your oven to 375°F and coat your muffin tins with cooking spray.
02 - Throw together the crab meat, paprika, onion powder, mustard, mayo, and the crushed crackers. Stir it all up, adding extra mayo if it seems too dry.
03 - Dust your hands with flour and mold the biscuit dough into small cups. Drop crab mix into each one, then seal with more dough on top.
04 - Put your stuffed biscuits in the muffin tin and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden.
05 - While they're still hot, paint the biscuits with your lemon butter mix before serving.
