Cheesy Jalapeño Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Stuffing Blend

01 - 2 tsp garlic powder
02 - 2 tsp black pepper
03 - 2 tsp kosher salt
04 - 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
05 - 1 medium jalapeño, minced
06 - 6 crispy bacon strips, chopped
07 - 8 oz ground beef
08 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
09 - 1 block of cream cheese

→ Wrap and Cook

10 - Oil for frying
11 - ½ cup sweet chili sauce
12 - ½ cup BBQ sauce
13 - 6-8 egg roll wrappers

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up your grill to 350°F. Cook bacon in a pan till it’s crunchy, which takes about 8-10 minutes. Let it cool before chopping.
02 - Put ground beef in a hot pan. Stir it with the spice mix till no pink is visible, around 6-8 minutes. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes before using.
03 - In a big bowl, blend the cream cheese, cheddar, chilled beef, bacon bits, jalapeño, and onion together until smooth.
04 - Scoop the filling onto the center of the wrapper. Wet the edges, wrap tightly, and seal by folding it into a roll.
05 - Drop the rolls into 400°F oil, frying them for 1-2 minutes per side until their surface is crispy and golden.
06 - Enjoy them with BBQ sauce, sweet chili sauce, or combine the two for a bold flavor.

# Notes:

01 - To test if the oil’s hot, toss in a breadcrumb. If it browns in 60 seconds, it’s ready.
02 - A wooden chopstick in the oil should make bubbles to signal it’s heating properly.
