# Ingredients:

01 - Spuds with skins removed, chopped into small chunks (6 cups)
02 - Tangy cheddar, grated fresh (1 cup)
03 - Smooth mayo (3/4 cup)
04 - Crunchy bacon, fried and broken into bits (1 cup)

05 - Raw garlic, chopped tiny (3 teaspoons)
06 - Mild onion, diced small (1/2 cup)

# Instructions:

01 - First, turn your oven to 325°F (163°C). Take a 9x13 dish and brush it with a bit of oil.
02 - Dump your cut spuds, grated cheddar, bacon bits, chopped garlic, and diced onion into the oiled dish.
03 - Drop spoonfuls of mayo on top of your potato mix, then fold everything together until each bit gets coated.
04 - Stick the dish in your hot oven and let it cook for around 1½ hours. You'll know it's ready when potatoes feel soft and the top looks golden.
05 - Take it to the table while it's still hot and watch your family gobble up this rich, gooey treat!
