Warm up a nonstick pan over medium heat. Drop small 1 tablespoon mounds of grated cheese, making sure to keep them apart.

Once the cheese starts to bubble (takes around 1 minute), put a pepperoni round on each cheese mound.

Let it cook until the cheese gets brown and crunchy at the edges, then flip and cook the pepperoni side for just 30 seconds. Serve them hot with the tomato sauce.
