Cheese Pizza Pocket (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Basic Pocket Components

01 - 1 package ready-made pizza dough from the fridge
02 - 6 tablespoons tomato sauce or pizza sauce, with extra for dipping
03 - 1 cup grated mozzarella, with extra for sprinkling
04 - 12 pieces pepperoni

→ Extra Garnishes

05 - Oregano flakes
06 - Olive oil for coating

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up your oven by setting it to 425°F (220°C)
02 - Stretch your pizza dough on a surface dusted with flour or on baking paper, then divide it into 6 equal squares
03 - Place a spoonful of sauce on half of each square, scatter some mozzarella, and lay 2 pepperoni pieces on top
04 - Fold the squares diagonally and press edges firmly with a fork to make triangular pockets
05 - For extra flavor, coat the surface lightly with oil, sprinkle some oregano, and add a bit more cheese
06 - Bake them for 10-13 minutes till they turn a nice golden color
07 - Give everyone these hot pockets with a side of sauce for dipping
