# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning mix

→ Dough and Cheese

03 - 1 tube ready-made pizza dough
04 - 5 colby jack cheese sticks, halved
05 - 5 cheddar cheese sticks, halved

→ Finishing

06 - 60 ml unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Brown ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart thoroughly. Drain excess fat and incorporate taco seasoning as per packet instructions. Combine well and set aside.
03 - Roll pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and divide into 10 uniform rectangles.
04 - Spoon seasoned beef onto each dough rectangle and top with a half cheese stick. Roll dough securely around the filling, pinching edges to seal. Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet.
05 - Blend melted butter with garlic powder and dried parsley. Generously brush the mixture over each prepared stick.
06 - Bake for 12–15 minutes until pastry is golden and cooked through.
07 - Allow to cool briefly before serving. Suggest pairing with salsa, guacamole or sour cream for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the dough is well-sealed to prevent cheese from leaking during baking.
