08 - 390 g refrigerated pizza dough

→ Finishing

09 - Olive oil or cooking spray, for brushing
10 - Extra Alfredo or marinara sauce, for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, thoroughly blend the cooked chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, black pepper, and optional chopped parsley until the mixture is creamy and the chicken is well-coated.
02 - On a lightly floured work surface, roll out the pizza dough to an even thickness. Cut the dough into four equal squares or circles, using a round bowl as a guide if preferred.
03 - Place a portion of the chicken Alfredo mixture onto one half of each dough section, leaving a 1.5 cm border. Fold the dough over the filling to enclose, forming a half-moon shape. Press edges firmly with a fork to seal.
04 - Preheat the air fryer to 190°C for 3–5 minutes. Lightly brush or spray the calzones with olive oil. Arrange 2–3 calzones in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch. Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning halfway through, until deeply golden and crisp. Repeat with remaining calzones as needed.
05 - Allow calzones to cool slightly before serving with warmed Alfredo or marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Avoid overfilling to prevent leakage during air frying.
