Chicken Bacon Rollups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded. Works best when cooked.
02 - 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled.
03 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded.
04 - 8 oz of cream cheese, softened.
05 - 1 tbsp milk to thin out the filling.
06 - 4 large tortillas—try spinach or tomato-flavored ones!
07 - 1–2 tbsp ranch seasoning mix for extra flavor.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, ranch seasoning, and milk in a bowl till creamy.
02 - Evenly spread the mixture over tortillas, leaving the edges free.
03 - Roll up each tortilla snugly so the filling stays inside.
04 - Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and let it cool in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
05 - Cut into slices about 1/2 inch thick and arrange for serving.

# Notes:

01 - Make them the day before—they store well overnight.
02 - Freeze for up to one month if needed.
03 - Switch to whole wheat tortillas if you'd like a healthier alternative.
04 - Pair with some creamy ranch or salsa for dipping.
