                Dice all the veggies and chicken (if using whole chicken breast).

                Grab a big pan, heat up olive oil over medium-high heat, and toss in 2 cloves of garlic. Stir for 30 seconds, then add chicken and cauliflower. Stir and cook for about 4-5 minutes till the chicken’s almost done.

                Toss in cabbage, carrots, tamari, and the last garlic clove. Cover things up with a lid and give it 4-5 minutes, so everything’s tender and chicken's cooked fully. Add turmeric or chili flakes for extra kick if you want.

                Spoon into bowls, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, and toss on some chopped green onion.
