Deconstructed Egg Roll Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 8 oz ground or diced chicken breast

→ Veggies

02 - 1 cup cauliflower, diced
03 - 2 1/2 cups chopped cabbage
04 - 2/3 cup shredded carrot
05 - 3 minced garlic cloves
06 - 2 diced green onions

→ Sauces and Oils

07 - 2 Tbsp olive oil
08 - 1 Tbsp tamari

→ Toppings

09 - Turmeric (if you like)
10 - 3 Tbsp sesame seeds (toasted)
11 - Optional: Red pepper flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Dice all the veggies and chicken (if using whole chicken breast).
02 - Grab a big pan, heat up olive oil over medium-high heat, and toss in 2 cloves of garlic. Stir for 30 seconds, then add chicken and cauliflower. Stir and cook for about 4-5 minutes till the chicken’s almost done.
03 - Toss in cabbage, carrots, tamari, and the last garlic clove. Cover things up with a lid and give it 4-5 minutes, so everything’s tender and chicken's cooked fully. Add turmeric or chili flakes for extra kick if you want.
04 - Spoon into bowls, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, and toss on some chopped green onion.

01 - This quick deconstructed egg roll comes together in just one pan and takes about 20 minutes to make. Great for a fast dinner!
02 - Make sure to slice your cabbage finely to give it that egg roll-like feel.
