Honey Pepper Chicken Mac (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 chicken breasts, no skin or bones.
02 - 1 tbsp of olive oil.
03 - Half a cup of honey.
04 - A quarter cup of soy sauce.
05 - 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar.
06 - 1 tsp of black pepper, ground.
07 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
08 - 1/2 tsp onion powder.
09 - 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper, ground.
10 - 8 oz of macaroni pasta.
11 - 2 tbsp butter.
12 - 2 tbsp plain flour.
13 - 2 cups of milk.
14 - 2 cups sharp cheddar, grated.
15 - 1 cup mozzarella, shredded.
16 - A pinch of salt and pepper to your preference.
17 - Chopped parsley to sprinkle on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in hot oil for 6 to 7 minutes on each side till browned.
02 - Mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and spices in the same skillet. Let bubble till it thickens a bit.
03 - Cut cooked chicken into slices, toss them back into the sauce to coat evenly.
04 - Boil macaroni as per the packet guidelines.
05 - Whisk melted butter and flour together, pour in milk, and then mix in the cheeses until smooth and creamy.
06 - Stir cooked pasta into cheese sauce, throw the chicken on top, and finish with parsley on top.
