Combine milk with the pudding mix. Stir until smooth, then let it sit for 5 minutes to firm up.

Spread the dry cake mix evenly into the dish. Pour the pudding mix on top. Add cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and your chosen extras on top.

Pop it in the oven for 30–35 minutes. The outside should be baked, but you want the center to stay gooey. For extra softness, take it out 5 minutes earlier.
