Chocolate Dump Cake (Print Version)

01 - 1½ cups chocolate chips
02 - 2 cups whole milk
03 - 1 tbsp cocoa powder
04 - 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
05 - 1 box chocolate cake mix

→ Extras (Optional)

06 - ½ cup mini marshmallows
07 - ½ cup chopped nuts
08 - ¼ cup espresso powder

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 175°C (350°F). Coat a 9×13-inch dish with butter or spray.
02 - Combine milk with the pudding mix. Stir until smooth, then let it sit for 5 minutes to firm up.
03 - Spread the dry cake mix evenly into the dish. Pour the pudding mix on top. Add cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and your chosen extras on top.
04 - Pop it in the oven for 30–35 minutes. The outside should be baked, but you want the center to stay gooey. For extra softness, take it out 5 minutes earlier.
05 - Let it rest for 10–15 minutes before serving. Serve warm for a softer, melty center.

01 - A small bit of espresso powder or salt makes the chocolate taste richer.
02 - Eat warm for a gooey treat, or cool it completely for a firmer texture like brownies.
03 - Quickly warm the leftovers in the microwave for 15–20 seconds.
