Chocolate Popcorn Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ¼ teaspoon optional coconut oil
02 - ½ cup dark chocolate, finely chopped
03 - ½ cup popcorn kernels
04 - ½ teaspoon fine salt

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the directions on your stovetop popper, air popper, or package to pop your kernels.
02 - Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, then spread out your popcorn and toss a bit of salt on top.
03 - Warm up the chopped chocolate and optional coconut oil together until it's smooth and silky.
04 - With a spoon or fork, toss some of the melted chocolate mixture over the popcorn to coat it evenly.
05 - Leave the popcorn to rest for 30 minutes so the chocolate hardens, then stash it in airtight bags or containers to keep it fresh.
