Set your oven to 350°F. Put paper liners in your cupcake tin.

Stir oil, hot coffee, egg, and vanilla together until they're well mixed.

Sieve flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together. Pour into wet mixture and stir until smooth.

Pour batter into liners, filling each about 2/3. Pop in oven for 18-22 minutes until they bounce back when touched. Let them cool all the way.

Whip butter until light and creamy. Slowly add icing sugar. Blend in strawberries, milk, vanilla, and salt until creamy. Add more milk if it's too thick. Top your cooled cupcakes with frosting.
