Heat your oven to 350°F. Combine sugar with cinnamon in a bowl and put it aside.

Whip the cream cheese till it's fluffy, then add sugar, egg, and vanilla and mix till smooth.

Coat a 9x13 dish with cooking spray. Sprinkle half your cinnamon sugar mix on the bottom. Lay your first cut sheet of crescent dough over it.

Spread your cheese mixture on the dough. Cover with your second sheet of cut crescent dough. Dust the top with leftover cinnamon sugar.

Pop it in the oven for around 30 minutes until golden. Let it cool before you cut into it.
