Churro Bars with Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For Sugar Cinnamon Mix

01 - White sugar (½ cup)
02 - Cinnamon powder (2 tablespoons)

→ For Filling

03 - Softened cream cheese (2 8-ounce blocks)
04 - White sugar (½ cup)
05 - One egg
06 - Pure vanilla (1 teaspoon)

→ For Base

07 - Crescent dough sheets from Pillsbury (2 8-ounce tubes)
08 - Cooking spray

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Combine sugar with cinnamon in a bowl and put it aside.
02 - Whip the cream cheese till it's fluffy, then add sugar, egg, and vanilla and mix till smooth.
03 - Coat a 9x13 dish with cooking spray. Sprinkle half your cinnamon sugar mix on the bottom. Lay your first cut sheet of crescent dough over it.
04 - Spread your cheese mixture on the dough. Cover with your second sheet of cut crescent dough. Dust the top with leftover cinnamon sugar.
05 - Pop it in the oven for around 30 minutes until golden. Let it cool before you cut into it.

# Notes:

01 - Regular crescent rolls work too, just press the seams together
02 - Your ingredients should be at room temp for a creamy mix
03 - Keeps in the fridge for 3 days or freezer for 3 months
