# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup butter, chilled and cubed (for crust).
02 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for crust).
03 - 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (for crust).
04 - 2 tablespoons milk (for crust).
05 - 6 tablespoons softened unsalted butter (for dough).
06 - 3/4 cup white sugar (for dough).
07 - 1 cup all-purpose flour (for dough).
08 - 3 tablespoons colorful sprinkles.
09 - 4 blocks (8oz each) softened cream cheese.
10 - 1 cup white sugar (for filling).
11 - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (for filling).
12 - 3/4 cup room-temperature sour cream.
13 - 4 large eggs at room temperature.
14 - 6 tablespoons butter, softened (for frosting).
15 - 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (for frosting).
16 - 1/3 cup sour cream (for frosting).

# Instructions:

01 - Combine sugar with flour. Work in the butter until crumbly, then add milk to form dough. Press into the pan and bake at 325°F for about 18-20 minutes.
02 - Mix softened butter and sugar, then add the vanilla and milk. Stir in the flour, salt, and sprinkles. Shape the dough into small balls.
03 - Blend cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth. Add sour cream, vanilla, and eggs one by one. Gently mix in the cookie dough balls.
04 - Put a water bath in the oven. Pour your mixture into the pan and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes at 325°F. Turn the oven off, let it cool for 45 minutes, then move to room temperature for another 30 minutes.
05 - Whip butter until it’s smooth, then mix in sour cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
06 - After leaving the dessert to chill overnight, spread frosting over the top and sprinkle with decorations.
