# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound uncooked egg noodles.
02 - 12 ounces ground beef.
03 - 1 small onion, diced finely.
04 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
05 - 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained.
06 - 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce.
07 - 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce.
08 - 1 tablespoon smoked paprika.
09 - Salt and pepper to taste.
10 - Red chili flakes, optional.
11 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
12 - 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese.
13 - 8 ounces small curd cottage cheese.
14 - 8 ounces sour cream.
15 - Fresh parsley for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook noodles in salted boiling water until just soft. Drain and toss with a tiny splash of oil to keep them from sticking.
02 - In a skillet, break apart and brown the ground beef. Pour out any extra grease after cooking.
03 - Combine onion and garlic with the beef. Stir and cook for about 3 minutes. Add seasonings, diced tomatoes, sauces, and simmer everything for 5 minutes.
04 - Mix sour cream, cottage cheese, Parmesan, and the cooked noodles together in a mixing bowl.
05 - Spread half of the dairy noodle combo into a 9x13 pan. Add a layer of beef and cheddar cheese over it. Repeat these layers and finish with cheddar on top.
06 - Pop it into a 350°F oven for 25-30 minutes. Once it's hot and melty, remove and sprinkle parsley on top if you'd like.
