# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups (300 g) cooked chicken, shredded or diced
02 - 1 ripe avocado, mashed
03 - 120 g Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
04 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lime juice
05 - 1 teaspoon (3 g) garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon (3 g) onion powder
07 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

08 - 4 slices sourdough or whole grain bread
09 - 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheese, such as cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend

→ Garnish

10 - Fresh cilantro or parsley, optional
11 - Red pepper flakes, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Combine cooked chicken, mashed avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix until thoroughly blended to a creamy texture.
02 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet and toast for 5–7 minutes, until beginning to brown.
03 - Remove toasted bread from oven. Spoon a generous layer of the chicken avocado mixture over each slice and evenly sprinkle with shredded cheese.
04 - Return the assembled bread to the oven. Bake for 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
05 - Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley and red pepper flakes if desired. Allow to cool briefly before serving.
