Ranch Salad Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 oz pasta in tri-color spirals.
02 - 1 cucumber, diced into medium chunks.
03 - 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped.
04 - 1 ½ cups of broccoli florets, chopped small.
05 - 8 oz of sour cream.
06 - ½ cup of mayonnaise.
07 - 1 oz packet of ranch dressing mix.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat salted water and boil pasta till it's just tender. Drain it and cool with cold water.
02 - Toss broccoli, cucumber, bell peppers, and pasta into a big serving bowl.
03 - Blend the ranch mix, mayo, and sour cream together until smooth.
04 - Drizzle the dressing over the pasta and veggies, then mix well. Add a little salt if it needs it.
05 - Pop it in the fridge for 1 or 2 hours before eating.

# Notes:

01 - Stir in more ranch dressing if leftovers seem a bit dry.
02 - Keep for up to 3-4 days in the fridge.
03 - Tastes best if eaten within 2 hours after making.
