Creamy Spinach Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained completely.
02 - 1 carrot, cleaned and shredded.
03 - 4 oz sour cream.
04 - 1/4 cup mayo.
05 - 8 oz fluffy cream cheese.
06 - 1.4 oz Knorr Vegetable soup mix packet.
07 - 8 oz water chestnuts, chopped after draining.
08 - 3 green onions, sliced.
09 - 6 whole wheat wraps.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the spinach and carrot with sour cream. Throw in mayo and cream cheese. Stir in the soup mix packet. Toss in water chestnuts and green onions. Blend everything together fully.
02 - Wrap with plastic covering. Let sit in fridge for at least 2 hours but overnight works even better.
03 - Put about 1/2 cup mixture on each wrap. Roll them up tight. Cut each roll into 4-5 round pieces.
04 - Put the cold pinwheels on a plate.
