# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (425 g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

03 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste
09 - Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
02 - Spread the rinsed chickpeas on a clean kitchen towel or paper towels and pat them dry thoroughly, removing as much moisture as possible.
03 - Combine chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and optional cayenne in a mixing bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
04 - Transfer coated chickpeas to the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding.
05 - Cook for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until chickpeas are golden brown and crispy.
06 - Let the chickpeas cool for several minutes after cooking; they will become even crispier as they cool. Adjust seasoning with extra salt if desired.
