                Slice each mozzarella stick into three shorter pieces. Freeze them for about half an hour to keep them firm.

                Put the flour into one dish. Use another bowl for whisked eggs. Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, seasoning, and salt in a third dish.

                Dust each frozen cheese piece in flour first, coat it with egg, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture. For a crunchier finish, repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating.

                Lay the coated cheese pieces on a tray and freeze again for 15-20 minutes. This makes sure they don't melt when cooked.

                Warm up oil in a deep pan to 350°F. Fry the cheese bites for 1–2 minutes till they're golden. Drain them on paper towels.

                Preheat the oven to 400°F. Arrange the cheese bites on a lined tray, spray lightly with cooking spray, and bake them for 8–10 minutes until their outsides are crispy.
