Slice chicken breasts sideways and flatten between plastic sheets until they're even and thin

Put ham and Swiss cheese on each chicken piece, roll them up tight and seal in plastic wrap, twisting the ends to keep everything in place

Stick the wrapped chicken in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so they don't fall apart

Heat your oven to 400°F. Sprinkle the unwrapped chicken with salt and pepper, coat with butter, then roll in crushed corn flakes

Put on a greased tray and cook for 30 minutes or until the chicken hits 160°F inside

Stir mayo and mustard together, adding more or less mustard as you want
