Golden Fried Onion Rings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 onion, chopped into thick rings about half an inch wide
02 - Half a cup of regular flour
03 - 2 big eggs
04 - Half a cup of milk (any kind works)
05 - One cup of panko-style breadcrumbs
06 - Enough cooking oil for frying (should fill 2 inches deep in the pan)

# Instructions:

01 - Get three bowls ready: one for the flour, another for the beaten eggs mixed with milk, and the last one for the breadcrumbs.
02 - Dip each ring of onion in the flour first, then the egg and milk bowl, and finish off with the breadcrumbs. Place them all on a plate.
03 - Pour cooking oil into a small pot or pan so it's 2 inches deep. Warm it over medium heat until it reaches 375°F.
04 - Put the breaded onions into the oil and fry for a couple of minutes on each side, or until they turn golden brown.
05 - Move the fried onion rings to a plate lined with paper towels to soak up the oil. Sprinkle a little salt on top while they're still hot for extra crunch.

# Notes:

01 - Serve these with any dip you like! Ranch dressing is a great option.
