# Ingredients:

→ Fish Components

01 - Mahi mahi fillets, fresh (1 to 1½ pounds)
02 - Mayo (3 tablespoons)
03 - Panko crumbs (1 cup)
04 - Chunky sea salt (1 teaspoon)
05 - Cracked black pepper (½ teaspoon)
06 - Garlic powder (½ teaspoon)
07 - Smoked paprika (1 teaspoon)
08 - Dried thyme leaves (½ teaspoon)

→ Tasty Dip

09 - Mayo (3 tablespoons)
10 - Soy sauce, low sodium (1 tablespoon)
11 - Frank's Hot Sauce (¼ teaspoon)
12 - Dijon mustard (½ teaspoon)
13 - Squeezed lemon juice (1 teaspoon)
14 - Salt and pepper as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Get your air fryer hot by setting it to 400°F and warming it up for 5 minutes. This step makes sure your fish gets super crispy!
02 - Combine panko crumbs with sea salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and thyme in a flat dish until everything's mixed well.
03 - Dry your mahi-mahi completely with paper towels. Spread mayo all over each piece, then roll them in your spiced crumb mix, covering all sides.
04 - Put your coated fish in the hot air fryer and cook for 12-14 minutes, turning once halfway. Make sure the fish reaches 145°F inside for safe, flaky results.
05 - As the fish cooks, stir together mayo, soy sauce, hot sauce, Dijon, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Add more hot stuff if you want it spicier!

# Notes:

01 - Always dry your fish completely before adding any coating
02 - Mayo works as a moisture lock while helping crumbs stick better
03 - If using frozen mahi-mahi, bump up cooking time to 15-18 minutes, flipping once
