                Set the oven to 450°F and coat your muffin tin with some nonstick spray.

                Drop 2 or 3 tots into mini muffin slots, or 4-5 for bigger ones.

                Pop the pan on the oven's bottom rack for 10 minutes until the tots soften.

                Use a greased shot glass, twist, and press the tots to shape little cups.

                Bake again for 15 minutes, so the cups get nicely golden and crisp.

                Put cheese in each cup, then bake another 4-5 minutes until gooey and melted.

                After cooling for 5 minutes, spoon on sour cream, sprinkle on bacon, and scatter green onions on top.
