Crispy Potato Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16-ounce bag of frozen tater tots (48-60 pieces).
02 - 3/4 cup sharp cheddar, shredded fresh.
03 - Half a cup of sour cream.
04 - 4 slices of bacon, cooked and broken into bits.
05 - 2 green onions, sliced (just the green parts).

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 450°F and coat your muffin tin with some nonstick spray.
02 - Drop 2 or 3 tots into mini muffin slots, or 4-5 for bigger ones.
03 - Pop the pan on the oven's bottom rack for 10 minutes until the tots soften.
04 - Use a greased shot glass, twist, and press the tots to shape little cups.
05 - Bake again for 15 minutes, so the cups get nicely golden and crisp.
06 - Put cheese in each cup, then bake another 4-5 minutes until gooey and melted.
07 - After cooling for 5 minutes, spoon on sour cream, sprinkle on bacon, and scatter green onions on top.

# Notes:

01 - Make ahead and warm up in a 400°F oven for about 10 minutes.
02 - Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
03 - Reheat leftovers at 350°F for 10 minutes to make them crispy again.
