Taco Ranch Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 75 phyllo tart shells (5 packs of 15 each), frozen.
02 - 2 cups sharp cheddar, finely shredded.
03 - 1 pound of ground beef, lean.
04 - 1 small packet (1 oz) of taco seasoning mix.
05 - 1 can (10 oz) of diced tomatoes with green chiles, do not drain.
06 - 1 small bottle (8 oz) of ranch dressing.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it warm up.
02 - In a skillet, cook the beef until it’s no longer pink. Get rid of the extra grease.
03 - Stir in the taco seasoning, then toss in the tomatoes with chiles. Simmer it for about 5 minutes.
04 - Mix the cheddar cheese with ranch in a bowl. Stir that into the meat mixture.
05 - Take the frozen tart shells and fill each one with the meat-and-cheese mixture.
06 - Pop the filled shells in the oven, bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until the tops look bubbly.

# Notes:

01 - You can freeze them before cooking—just bake 2-3 extra minutes if frozen.
02 - Keep tart shells frozen until you're ready to fill for the best results.
