Golden Crunchy Onion Rings (Print Version)

01 - 1 onion, cut into 1/2-inch thick circles
02 - 1/2 cup regular flour
03 - 2 eggs, large size
04 - 1/2 cup milk
05 - 1 cup panko crumbs
06 - Enough vegetable oil to fill pan 2 inches deep for frying

# Instructions:

01 - Get three bowls ready: put flour in one, mix eggs with milk in another, and pour panko crumbs in the last one.
02 - Dip onion circles in flour first, then soak in egg mix, and finally roll in crumbs. Put them on a plate when done.
03 - Pour vegetable oil into a small pot about 2 inches high. Let it warm to 375 degrees F with medium flame.
04 - Drop coated rings into hot oil and cook till they turn golden, roughly 2-3 minutes each side.
05 - Move rings to paper towels and sprinkle salt on them while they're still hot for extra crunch.
