Get three bowls ready: put flour in one, mix eggs with milk in another, and pour panko crumbs in the last one.

Dip onion circles in flour first, then soak in egg mix, and finally roll in crumbs. Put them on a plate when done.

Pour vegetable oil into a small pot about 2 inches high. Let it warm to 375 degrees F with medium flame.

Drop coated rings into hot oil and cook till they turn golden, roughly 2-3 minutes each side.

Move rings to paper towels and sprinkle salt on them while they're still hot for extra crunch.
