# Ingredients:

→ Base and Mix-ins

01 - 240 g unsalted butter, melted
02 - 200 g packed brown sugar
03 - 200 g granulated sugar
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 10 ml vanilla extract

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - 250 g all-purpose flour
07 - 2 g salt
08 - 2 g baking powder

→ Toppings and Fillings

09 - 120 g chopped pecans
10 - 170 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
11 - 240 ml caramel sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C and grease a 23x33 cm baking pan or line with parchment paper for easier removal.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, blend melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until thoroughly combined.
03 - Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until the batter is smooth.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
05 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
06 - Gently fold in chopped pecans and half of the semi-sweet chocolate chips, distributing evenly.
07 - Spread half of the prepared batter evenly in the baking pan.
08 - Drizzle caramel sauce over the batter and sprinkle with the remaining chocolate chips.
09 - Spoon remaining batter over the top and gently spread, allowing some caramel and chocolate to peek through.
10 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the center emerges with a few moist crumbs.
11 - Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 15 minutes. Then lift from the pan using parchment, if used, and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
12 - Once fully cooled, cut into bars and serve.

01 - For extra caramel flavor, swirl some additional sauce over the top after baking and cooling.
